GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL

It is the intention of the Wheel of Astrologers to take astrology out to the public and what better way to start than at Europe’s biggest festival – Glastonbury.

We create a magical space wherein a full programme of astrological activities fill each day from 10am to 6pm. Four astrologers at any one time give one-to-one consultations in the elemental domes, while morning and afternoon workshops at 11am and 3pm (see table below) focused on the different energies that the planets represent. On Saturday afternoon, Jonathan Cainer joins us to give a workshop. At Glastonbury our astrologers gave nearly two hundred readings of varying lengths to the public.
 
     
Our Space
The astrology garden is the entrance to the Astrology area, which makes a lovley and calming way for people to enter the space. Beside this is our reception area, where the bookings and details are taken from the public. Behind this entrance is the main area, which incorporates the reading spaces. Our vision is that people have readings in a space which is totally centred on the energies they are themselves working with and we decorate it to reflect this. There is one large dome where the workshops are held and one smaller one which houses our computer equipment and other domestic necessities. The focal point of the area is the reading spaces.

We bring with us a computer and the latest astrological software, which insures that charts are as accurate as possible. The Wheel of Astrologers is a group of professional and semi-professional astrologers dedicated to astrological education and to the provision of high quality, professional chart interpretations within the camp, fayre and festival scene.
